Oz's daughter Belinda passed away after receiving a liver transplant at the UCLA Medical Center. She never regained consciousness and was removed from life support early Monday morning, November 12 after being declared brain dead. Funeral service is Monday November 19, 2007 at 8 pm at Forever Hollywood Cemetery chapel, 6000 Santa Monica Blvd, Hollywood, CA 90038, 323 469 1181. Viewing is from 6 to 8 pm. All are invited to come and celebrate Belinda's life. Interment in Brevard, NC Tuesday, November 27, 2007. She will be buried next to her dad. We are absolutely devastated by this terrible loss!
